How to troubleshoot Azure NetIM Deployment script failure

The Azure NetIM Deployment script fails if the resources are wrongly or already associated to a different resource group rather than the one used while running the deployment script.
 

When the Deploy script fails for any resource type, we need to check if the resources might be already associated to a different resource group.
From the below screenshot, it seems the resource Virtual Network (azr1-vnet-prod) is already present under a different Resource Group (azr1-rg-prod).

Cross check if the available subnet list and its associated resource group while the resource group is same as the summary of the deployment script, If it’s not same - then the resource is already associated to different resource group.
Note: In the second screenshot below, under the Summary  - this deployment script is using a resource group as rg_infra.
