Sequence for rebooting AppResponse11 and it's Storage Units
Description
If an AppResponse has Storage Units attached to it, then there is a sequence to turn them off and turn on.
Solution
In order to turn off the AppResponse and it's Storage Units, it would be as follows,
1) Turn off the Head unit (AppResponse) first.
2) Then turn off the Storage Units starting from the nearest to the farthest one.
In order to turn on, the sequence would be as follows,
1) Once the units have been off for the required about of time (at least 30 seconds), first power on the Storage Units. Allow at least 60 seconds for drives to spin up and the enclosure to be detectable.
Note: Turn on the Storage Unit starting from the farthest to the nearest to the head unit (AppResponse).
2) Turn on the Head unit (AppResponse).
Please Note: This is for all versions of AppResponse 11.
