FlowTraq: Quickviews has data that Workspace is missing

Data consistently appears in Quickview but not in Workspace. In the Workspace, typically the last X hours are consistently empty, but there’s always earlier data in the Workspace.
If it is 5 hours off, and multiple exporters are affected, probably one of the systems (usually the FlowTraq portal or the Web UI, which tracks time zone separately) has the correct time but the wrong time zone.
 
 
Solution
One place to check is the “config.php” file (usually in /var/www/flowtraq/, possibly in /var/www/html/flowtraq/) - this doesn't have to be correct. It just has to be consistent with the system time zone on the FlowTraq host. 5 hours would be consistent with config.php saying "New York" but the system itself being on GMT. You can manually change that file, and it won't be reverted. The change should be instantaneous.
