SteelCentral AppInternals Analysis server makes API calls to the agents to get health status and few metrics from the agent like free disk space from time to time and then updates the lumberjack database with these details.
The free disk space value is the value of the /tmp or %TEMP% on the agents, linux and windows respectively.
The issue can happen in two scenarios
- When there is no enough space on /tmp or %TEMP% to generate a bundle
- When Analysis server does not update the free disk space in the lumberjack database
To resolve the issue please do the following
From the agent issue df -h command to free space on /tmp. You can check space in install drive if you are on windows.
If there is no enough space please make sure you clear some files to make space for the bundle.
The above should address scenario 1 mentioned above.
After checking the available space and if there is enough space and Analysis server still throws the message in the UI, then you are probably running into scenario 2. This is a bug on Analysis server side and should be fixed. Please check the bug mentioned below in this article.
To workaround the issue in scenario 2 you will need to restart the agent so Analysis server updates the free disk space and the message from webUI will be corrected.
