Unable to use RADIUS authentication with SteelCentral Portal 2.0 Central Manager

Issue
We have installed SteelCentral Portal 2.0 and have followed the steps in documentation to setup RADIUS with Portal web application as well as the Central Manager. However we are unable to log into Central Manager with RADIUS user. What could be causing this?

We see error messages like below in the /var/log/pam file

07:37:35 xxxxxxxxxxx aaa-pam-login: Calling PAM to authenticate
"100905"
07:37:35 xxxxxxxxxxx aaa-pam-login: PAM unable to
dlopen(/lib/security/$ISA/pam_radius_auth.so):
/lib/security/../../lib64/security/pam_radius_auth.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
Solution
This is a known issue. With current version of SteelCentral Portal 2.0, you can not use RADIUS authentication with Portal Central Manager. RADIUS would work with Portal web application as needed.
