I need to send the log files for Packet Analyzer Plus client. How do I do that?
Solution
Please navigate to the following directory and zip up the entire contents and send it to us:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Riverbed\SteelCentral Packet Analyzer Plus\<version>

For example:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Riverbed\SteelCentral Packet Analyzer Plus\<release version>
