After rebooting my Linux server I can no longer access UCExpert from my client browser. What can I do to troubleshoot this?
First verify that the UCExpert services are running after the Linux server has come back up. You can execute the following script for the current status of the UCExpert services: <UCX_Home>/ucx/scripts/ucx_status.sh
If you still cannot access UCExpert, try temporarily disabling the Linux firewall using command #service iptables stop
. With the firewall turned off, try accessing UCExpert via browser. If this works, you may need to modify your firewall rules to allow access to port 8443.
If you have port forwarding enabled, it is possible that the forwarding rules are not being enforced after the System Reboot. Verify that the iptables service is running. If it is not running, start the service using command #service iptables start
.
If you still cannot access UCExpert via your browser, please reach out to technical support for further assistance.
