Please send the below information about your TransactionAnalyzer Packet Trace Warehouse installation

  • Send version and build number of Packet Trace Warehouse you are running.
  • Send version and type of Operating System on which Packet Trace Warehouse is installed, for example: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition.
  • Send in the Packet Trace Warehouse logs

    1. Remote desktop into the packet trace warehouse server and locate the following folder

      <PTW_INSTALL_DIR>\Tomcat\logs\

    2. Zip up this folder and upload it to the ticket.
