How and where is the signal lock attribute of the radio receiver channel set?

Solution

The signal lock attribute of a radio receiver is set in the power pipeline stage (dra_power.ps.c) and unset in the ecc pipeline stage (dra_ecc.ps.c). For more information please see the the radio exclusivity section of the Ps/Ra chapter of the Models/Base & General Manual.
