Is it possible to get the real time passed since the start of a simulation?

Solution

It is not possible to get real time using the OPNET Kernel Procedures. However, you can use the C standard library facilities to do this. Get the current simulation time in the init state of a process model, and then call time() any time you want to find out the 'difference' by subtracting the initial time from the current time.
