Issue

Technical support is desired for an AirPcap adapter.

Solution

Riverbed provides only hardware support on AirPcap hardware for 1 year from the purchase date.  

AirPcap purchases do not include software support.  For AirPcap software support, please refer to https://support.riverbed.com/docs/wireshark.htm and Riverbed Forums for support resources.

Riverbed does not accept returns on AirPcap, per the Riverbed End User License Agreement and Product Warranty Statement found here: http://www.riverbed.com/assets/media/documents/company_information/EndUser-License-Agreement.pdf  

If an item is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it if it is under hardware support within the warranty period, Riverbed will provide instructions for the return of the device and ship a replacement upon receipt of the return via a ground or standard shipping service level.  To determine the age of the device, please locate the two-digit serial number, as shown below:

If you do not have this serial number, the unit is old and is no longer under warranty.
