CMC-VE license is missing

Issue
  • CMC-VE missing base license
  • System status is Critical
  • Serial number missing from web management GUI > Support page
Solution
  • Acquire the CMC-VE base license from Riverbed Sales or from your support account at http://support.riverbed.com
  • From the web management GUI
    • Go to Configure > Maintenance > Licenses
    • Click Add a New Licence
    • Enter the license string in the text box
    • Click Add
