Issue
From the SCC WebGUI, MANAGE --> Upgrades --> Remote Images, this message appears: 
"No upgrades available for this version."

Checking on the Riverbed support site, new version for upgrade is indeed available.

Solution
The issue is reported in public bug 276395 and the problem is fixed in the SCC software version 9.6.0 and 9.6.1 and later.
 
Environment
Issue reported for SCC running software version 9.2.0 and 9.5.0.
